Wash the strawberries, dab them dry
and cut into small pieces. Prepare the orange pieces (neatly remove the
white inner skin, as it is bitter). Fill a punch bowl with the fruit,
add the icing sugar and pour the orange juice on. Leave to stand in the
fridge for approx. 1 hour (covered with cling film). Then stir once and
add the white wine and champagne.
Tip:
The punch is especially good if you add 40 ml of orange liqueur to the mix.
