Strawberry Tiramisu
Wash the strawberries and dab them dry. Cut half of the strawberries into cubes and mash them together with the lemon juice, 60 g icing sugar and 4 tbsp of orange liqueur in a bowl.  Cut the remaining strawberries into slices and set them to one side. Beat the mascarpone, yoghurt and the remaining icing sugar and orange liqueur together in the blender to a foamy consistency.

Beat the cream until it is stiff and fold in. Now crumble a third of the trifle sponges in a glass bowl and then layer the strawberry puree, Mascarpone cream and the strawberry slices and more trifle sponge crumbs on top of the other until everything is used up.

Leave the Tiramisu to stand in the fridge for at least an hour. Decorate with a few slices of strawberry.

1 kg strawberries
160 g icing sugar
200 g yoghurt
juice of a lemon
500 g Mascarpone
200 g cream
6 tbsp orange liqueur
400 g trifle sponges
