In our new culinary concept, mornings are made for taking it slow. Our slow down breakfast is served until 11 am, with regional flavours and a little love for the mountains. In the evening, it’s up to you. Join one of our special dining experiences at the hotel, head out to discover one of our favourite local restaurants or linger a little longer at a mountain hut. Sometimes, the best moments are the ones you don’t want to end. No fixed schedule, just the freedom to enjoy your holiday your way.
Our bookable dining experiences are about much more than a meal. Every evening has its own character, with carefully crafted menus, exciting flavour combinations and creative ways of serving and sharing food. From Mediterranean inspiration to the authentic flavours of South Tyrol, each experience has its own story and a few surprises along the way.
