When can I check into my room?

Rooms are ready from 2 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day, please check out by 10 a.m., so the next guest can arrive stress-free.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome upon request. Please bring your own bed or blanket.
We charge € 20 per day for your four-legged friend.

Which wellness facilities can I use?

Free access to our Forest SPA with indoor pool is included. Cozy bathrobes, slippers (on request), and wellness bags for sauna visits are provided. Massages are available on request

Are there cancellation options for last-minute bookings?

Yes, the following fees apply:

Up to 1 week before arrival: 70%
Last week / late arrival / early departure: 90%
