How does room cleaning work?

Simple and flexible: your room is cleaned daily upon request. Just hang the cleaning sign on your door – and we’ll take care of the rest. You decide when and how thoroughly your room is cleaned during your stay: full service, light tidying, or no cleaning at all. All according to your rhythm and in the name of the environment

When can I check into my room?

Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m., so that the next guest can enjoy an equally relaxed arrival.

Can I bring my dog

Yes, dogs are welcome at the Bergfrieden! Please let us know when you book. We charge €20 per day for your four-legged friend.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, free parking is available directly at the hotel. We also offer an electric car charging station – for a convenient and sustainable arrival.
